Talent Partner

You are a strategic influencer who embodies QIC as their customer, the hiring manager and People & Culture (P&C) team as their partner, with quality, expediency, and diversity as measures of success. You will use talent intelligence, operational excellence, and talent communities to gain optimal talent outcomes for QIC.

As a Talent Partner you will:

- Build market expertise using talent insights, market intelligence and leverage market data to gain optimal talent outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce planning in collaboration with P&C Business Partners and people leaders by providing talent intelligence to determine the future skills and capabilities for workforce needs, role design and hiring decisions through internal mobility or the external market.
- Be part of strategic initiatives across DEI, Systems, Early Years Careers Programs and EVP.

As a solutions-focused talent expert, you are a proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for all things talent. You are:

- Highly motivated with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or a generalist HR role (where recruitment is a major function)
- An expert using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights
- Innovative with a creative flair to think outside the box to solve hiring challenges and pipeline diverse talent
- A strategic thinker with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility to diverse groups of people at all levels of seniority
- Someone with a continuous improvement mindset, and prior experience with applicant tracking systems and talent tech stack will be valued
