**Job Description**:
We're looking for a part-time **Executive Assistant** to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 9.30am - 2.30pm.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing overall support and assistance to the Director of Franchise Operations APAC. This is a critical role that enables the effectiveness of the overall Operations team. This role will suit a highly organized, motivated individual that is passionate about living and breathing GYG’s values and displaying enthusiasm for our unique brand.

This role is part-time, working 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 9.30am - 2.30pm.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Diary management and the production of business correspondence including, data, reporting and occasional power point presentations
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and use project management tools to keep the team on track with deliverables
- Manage projects, weekly WIPS and team requirements
- Manage annual leave calendar and annual leave approvals
- Event planning for Restaurant Managers Summit, Franchisee Summit, and team building days
- Manage calendar schedules, events, appointments, and bookings for CPO
- Support with board reports, including time management and deadlines
- Manage interstate and overseas travel, accommodation and itineraries for the people experience team
- Support with ad hoc administration duties for the team when required

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Have strong computer skills and impeccable attention to detail
- High organisational skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
