**Job Description**:
We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide outstanding administrative and business support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) and Regional Operations Director (ROD) for QLD, NT and WA. Based in our Brisbane office, it’s an incredibly interesting role where no two days will be the same.
Success in this role will be achieved principally by supporting the RMD and ROD to ensure they are able to get the important things done and their time is managed effectively and there is still time for fun. This role will see you providing general administrative support including the facilitation of meetings, travel, and other events with AECOM staff, external clients, and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. You will also need to assist with minute-taking, presentation development, system administration, and occasional project support. You will build strong relationships with our amazing team across NWA and contribute to the overall regional leadership team.
**This is either a part-time or full-time opportunity, ideally working flexible hours across Monday - Friday.**
**Qualifications**:
This really is a great opportunity for an innovative, customer-centric, people-focused Executive Assistant with:
- Experience providing high level administrative work at a senior leadership level
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Power Point, Excel
- Practical knowledge and experience of office organisation and procedures with the ability to exercise discretion, initiative, and judgement.
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure.
- Engineering / construction industry experience (highly desirable)
- Corporate Communications experience (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in business or a relevant discipline would be highly regarded.
