E-commerce Coordinator Graduate - Building Supplies

Are you a graduate looking to kick start your career in eCommerce? Join the leading online hardware store servicing Melbourne-based Contractors with our Same Day and Express Delivery Service.

As an E-commerce Coordinator, your primary role will involve managing and coordinating orders and site deliveries. You will be based in our vibrant Fitzroy office and be part of a team leading the market to source building supplies online.
- We have the opportunity for this role to be part time (minimum 3 days / week or minimum 24 hours) or preferably full time._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing and coordinating orders/sales via our website and by phone.
- Scheduling and coordinating site deliveries with our delivery partners.
- Providing exemplary customer support, including product advice and recommendations.
- Develop project quotations.
- Maintaining and updating product information on our website.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with repeat customers.

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Engineering or similar).
- Highly analytical and a logical thinker.
- Proficiency in computer usage and an exceptional understanding of trade products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in dealing with trade clients, including builders and tradespeople.
- Proactive approach to resolving customer queries and issues.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to your role.
