E-commerce Coordinator & Customer Support - Building Supplies - Fitzroy

TradieCart, a leading online hardware store, servicing Melbourne-based Tile and Waterproofing Contractors with our Same Day and Express Delivery Service, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. If you are a talented E-commerce professional with an understanding of trade products, you might be just the person we need.

As an E-commerce Coordinator, your primary tasks will involve managing and coordinating sales via our online platform and through phone calls. You will be based in our vibrant Fitzroy office and be part of a team leading the market to source building supplies online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing and coordinating sales via our website and phone.
- Scheduling and coordinating site deliveries with our delivery partners.
- Providing exemplary customer support, including product advice and recommendations.
- Develop project quotations.
- Maintaining and updating product information on our website.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with repeat customers.
