Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Quality and Risk: Lead delivery quality programs and reviews regionally. Improve our delivery capability to define and measure the value of our delivery for customers. Detect delivery risks early and surface strategic themes to pre-emptively address and reduce our delivery risk.
- Voice of the Customer: Design and execute programs to address our customers’ feedback. Drive programs to improve the number and quality of our customer references.
- Team Enablement: Guide our delivery teams on delivery best practices. Through self and through others, define, develop, and operate enablement programs to improve delivery competence.
- Communication: Provide ongoing effective written and verbal updates on portfolio of engagements and key initiatives to senior leaders and stakeholders based on data-driven insights.
- Lead Change: Lead and own change management activities across the APJ teams to implement new mechanisms, ways of working and initiatives related to Delivery Excellence.
- Drive Delivery Excellence and Programs across APJ which will involve working APJ time zones at times along with possible APJ travel.
- Enterprise change management experience
- Proven experience optimising processes for a professional services business
