**Your new company**
Our client is a is a family owned and operated business who specialised in landscape and building supplies. Located in the Wollongong region, our client has been in business from 1976 delivering high quality products alongside a superior customer service.

**Your new role**
As a customer service administrator you would provide excellent customer service and sound product advice on building and landscape supplies. Your daily responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

- Interact with customers both instore and via phone
- Provide quotes and estimates
- Schedule deliveries with customers
- Assisting in delivery allocations
