**How will I help?**
You will join Westpac Institutional Bank’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Engagement team, as a Client Development Manager and have the privilege of partnering and working with a portfolio of key Public Sector clients.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Public Sector clients and tasked with driving growth through a purposeful innovation and digital transformation program that delivers better citizen experiences and supports a productivity agenda. You will develop long term strategic plans to maximise the opportunities to provide exceptional service to our clients.

**What do I need?**
You will be a seasoned Client Development Manager, Relationship Manager or established Transaction Banker who has experience managing and meeting the needs of Public Sector or Corporate clients while being confident in developing long-term strategic sales plans to retain relationships. You will be able to analyse the existing strategy of your client to identify conversation points and product opportunities.
You will have excellent written and communications skills and experience designing and drafting high quality solution and presentation documents.
You will be experienced in:
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with managing governance and contractual obligations for large complex clients.
- Building a high-quality service culture for clients.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Client’s strategy to identify opportunities for strategic alignment with the GTS technology and product investment road map.
- Participating as part of agile client engagement and product teams. Actively engage as part of a culture that ensures risk and compliance are key considerations in any decisions made.
