If your application is successful, you'll be part of a dynamic team where no two shifts are the same. You'll deliver friendly, high-quality service at the counter and on the floor, while also lending a hand in the kitchen with dishwashing, clearing tables, and keeping the venue spotless. You'll be encouraged to think on your feet and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences for every customer. Above all, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment where both our team and guests can feel at their best.
Our Process
We will be conducting a group interview on Thursday, 30 October from 4pm – 6pm. Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to attend an interview on that day.
About You
You consider yourself a people person with a knack for making people feel welcome.
You also have:
- A genuine passion to make people feel great and the ability to build great relationships
- Strong availability across nights, weekends, and school holidays (including Christmas Day and other public holidays)
- An outgoing personality and progressive mindset that consistently looks to improve themselves & their team
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- Desire to work in a team environment
Your Commitment
We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week hospitality business.
