**A Great Opportunity**

We are looking for an approachable, genuine, energetic and experienced coach to join our coaching team. You will program and facilitate squad sessions for all levels from Development to Performance and Masters. You will attend designated swim meets, support Mingara Aquatics Swim Club and coach, motivate and encourage swimmers of all ages.

**About You**

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience coaching State and/or National level swimmers
- Development Swim Coach Licence (Advanced Swim Coach Licence would be highly regarded)
- SCTA Membership
- Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to obtain a Pool Lifeguard qualification

**Your Commitment**

We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week business.
