**About the role**:
A Canberra based technology start-up is currently seeking an experienced Client Success Manager on a permanent basis who is driven and proactive with a background in SaaS and customer service.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Working in a close-knit team, you will be accountable for servicing a portfolio of clients in the construction industry. You will build exceptional relationships with your clients to understand their digital transformation goals and then communicate back with the development and production teams where you will contribute to the product through design, testing, and implementation of new releases.
**You will also be responsible for**:
- The entire customer journey including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Assisting client queries via a ticketing system
- Holding regular check-in calls, business reviews and identifying expansion opportunities
**Skills and experience**:
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have experience in supporting customers in a SaaS solutions environment and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience within the construction industry is desirable.
