**Responsibilities**:

- **Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out of guests in a timely manner**:

- **Delivering prompt and efficient service when attending to a variety of guest requests**:

- **Effectively communicating with all departments of the hotel to ensure customersatisfaction and operational requirements are achieved**:

- **Answering calls in a professional manner**:

- **Informing guests of all facilities and services in the hotelRequirements**:

- **A commitment to outstanding customer service**:

- **Excellent grooming and presentation skills**:

- **A warm and friendly personality**:

- **Excellent communication and time management skills**:

- **Confidence to problem solve without supervision**:

- **The ability to work under pressure**:

- **Previous experience in a Reservations and Reception**:

- **Must be available to work AM or PM shifts on a flexible rotating roster (inclusive ofPublic Holidays).**:

- **A vibrant, and outgoing personality in order to engage with guests and ensure theyhave a memorable stay**:

- **The ability to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for thehotel at all times**:

- **The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends**:

- **A person with proven leadership experience within a hotel environment**:

- **Knowledge of Opera PMS advantageous**:

- **Someone with previous experience in a Front Office hospitality role**

**Salary**: $21.04 - $38.17 per hour
