Are you an expert in INX Intuition with a passion for imparting knowledge and promoting safety in Mining operations? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our client on a family friendly 8/6 roster.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different departments within the mining operations
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' proficiency in operating various mobile plant equipment
- Training mobile equipment operators
- Conduct inductions keeping Health and safety as an uttermost priority
- Carry out Verification of Competency (VOC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.

To be successful you will have:

- Broad knowledge of Mobile plant equipment
- Proficiency in INX, intuition
- 2-5 years’ experience on a mining environment
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
