**About The Role**
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our Marketing team This role will undertake administrative tasks to ensure the rest of the marketing team has adequate support to work efficiently.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Marketing administration duties and support of the Marketing Team.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Work across the team on digital and non-digital assets on all campaigns.
- Proof and edit marketing materials including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and other communications assets as required.
- Assisting in small-large scale conferences, exhibitions, and training events - publishing information on the web, organising certificates and compiling show bags and promotional giveaways.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
