The NSW Institute of Sport [NSWIS] is a high performance sporting organisation that supports Australian athletes to become world’s best. We reach all regions of NSW with an Olympic and Paralympic training facility based at Sydney Olympic Park and high performance hubs across NSW that provide world class daily training environments for our athletes and coaches. Our experts work in collaboration with partners within the national sporting system to create and deliver high performance support services and environments to prepare athletes and coaches for international competition.
**About the role**
The NSW Institute of Sport is looking for a talented and enthusiastic part time Administrator, Marketing and Communications who will work proactively to establish and refine processes and systems to support Marketing and Communications activities and projects.
We are looking for an individual who can focus on the servicing and activation of sponsorship and supplier relationships, assist with the delivery of events and preparation of new partnership proposals and collate information for reporting purposes.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, professional, task-oriented and open-minded team player to join our team. You will be an excellent communicator and proactive with a passion for achieving goals.
**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, commercial partnerships & communications - preferably in a sporting environment
- Experience in activating and servicing partnership and commercial relationships
- Experience in developing proposal to acquire new commercial partners
- Experience in providing general administrative assistance for all marketing & communications initiatives
- Experience of working with multiple external stakeholders and partners
