**The role**:
You will play a crucial part in the larger Marketing & Communications team at Warrigal. The team oversees the marketing, communications, events, and media/PR activities that promote Warrigal’s services to all community stakeholders.

In this role, you will handle invoicing and various administrative tasks as needed, including the ordering of promotional materials. You will also play an active role in managing Warrigal’s social media and digital channels.

This role also ensures consistent branding across all visual communications, including signage, marketing materials, correspondence, forms, and documentation.

This position offers the opportunity for occasional travel to different Warrigal locations and involvement in events and meetings outside of regular hours, making you a crucial support to the broader Marketing team. By providing comprehensive support in these areas, you will help ensure that our marketing, external communications, and promotional efforts are effective, align with Warrigal’s mission, and engage our community.

**To be successful and thrive in this role, you will** **have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and effectively for various purposes, including briefings, reports, communiqués, media releases, and online content.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Well-developed organisational abilities, including the capacity to set work priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Advanced computer literacy, with experience using business software such as Microsoft Office products.
- An understanding of issues surrounding our customers and the ability to demonstrate empathy.
- A current NSW driver's license.
