**Supply and Distribution Manager**

**Location**: Laverton North, Victoria

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supply and distribution network.
- Coordinate and manage inventory control, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for ordering, stock management, and distribution to optimize resources.
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring high levels of productivity and motivation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of supply and distribution operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
