**Position Summary**:

To deliver our global solutions, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. The Supply Chain Manager manages all aspects of Netafim’s supply chain. This includes customer experience, planning and the logistics department. The Supply Chain Manager oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure resource requirements are satisfied. Equally, the Supply Chain Manager communicates with the Director of Operations, members of the Senior Leadership team, and the Global Operations team regarding business needs and KPI’s.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the end to end supply chain function
- Provide the leadership to all SC depts to ensure a continuous improvement culture which is focused on safety first. Focus on Operational excellence through all of the Lean tools available.
- Assist the Logisitcs department manager to ensure productivity and efficiency levels are at their highest whilst ensuring stock accuracy and integrity. Focus on improving OTD and drive the optimisation of our inland freight portfolio.
- Assist the customer experience manager with ensuring a customer centric department focusing on providing quick solutions.
- Manage the planning department which includes demand / supply, purchasing, MRP & import / export
- Manage the inventory replenishment model and analyse the system for optimisation (including SLOB)
- Focus on further developing the digital platforms across the Supply Chain
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficency within the Supply Chain
- Lead and anage the S&OP program
- Be instrumental in optimising Supply Chain costs and play a detailed role within the global MOR framework.
- Provide information and data to allow for the Operations to make accurate decisions
- Develop effective communication and processes in respect to transportation and other logisitcs functions
- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements. Work on strategies to optimise the improt / export dept.
- Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions
- Promote and enforce a healthy and safe work environment with a focus on the Logistics dept.
- Collaborate with the global Netafim team to drive best in class supply chain management

**Salary**: $130,000.00 per year
