**Job Description**:
Greencross is looking for a **full time Optimisation Manager, Supply Chain **to join us, based at both the Greencross Support Office in North Ryde, and the National Distribution Centre at Horsley Park, NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager - Supply Chain, the role is responsible for ensuring continual improvement in end to end Supply Chain efficiency and accuracy.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Lead the identification, roadmap development, and successful execution of optimisation and accuracy initiatives
- Develop measures for ongoing monitoring of network accuracy and efficiency
- Drive the execution and delivery of identified initiatives, including managing the change control process, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
- Develop clear and concise communication, engagement, reporting and delivery plans
- Ensure identified initiatives are delivered on time, to budget and meeting all business case requirements
- Monitoring initiative budget (if applicable) and managing finances by ensuring accurate forecasts and financial system monitoring
- Engaging stakeholders and ensuring on-going initiative alignment with business strategy, and stringent governance processes

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering various Supply Chain initiatives, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer retail industry
- Passionate about supply chain and able to build credibility across a range of disciplines.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to inspire and influence teams and senior execs alike.
- Advanced leadership and management skills, including conflict resolution capabilities and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise, assign and manage work activities, meet deadlines and develop reporting in a timely and effective manner.
- A good team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in using project management and document sharing tools
- Sound knowledge and experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- PMP, Agile PM qualifications desirable

- Various Supply chain optimisation and accuracy initiatives across the Greencross warehousing and transport network
