Our mission is to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time and our Account Executive will directly support in achieving this. We are currently seeking a customer service star to join our team on a permanent, full time basis (Monday - Friday). This role will see you processing enquiries from Health Care Providers, fulfilling order requirements and addressing service needs. You’ll also be instrumental in looking a process improvements and identifying efficiencies with our processes.

**Day to day, this role will see you**:

- Answer incoming customer enquiries
- Process orders efficiently in our system
- Resolve customer issues and analyse ongoing service needs
- Provide support to cross functional teams as required

**To be successful for this role, we’d like to see**:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical industries advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence in using a range of CRM systems
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise work accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Service orientated, team-focused approach to work
- An entrepreneurial mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
