We're a fast-growing, family-run plumbing company on the Northern Beaches looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

* Be the first point of contact for our customers (phone, email & online enquiries)

* Schedule jobs and liaise with our plumbers to keep everything running smoothly

* Follow up on quotes, invoices and completed jobs to ensure great customer experience

* Support with admin tasks such as data entry, invoicing and client communications

* Help us deliver on our promise of honest, reliable plumbing done properly

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in customer service or admin (trade/contractor experience a plus but not essential)

* Excellent phone manner and communication skills

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure

* A team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping people
