Job Description Summary

Great opportunity for an experienced Import Coordinator to join our fast paced and dynamic team in Macquarie Park.

**Job Description**:
Purpose: To effectively coordinate all Inbound Freight whilst supporting Exports via airfreight and sea freight.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible in Inbound Freight Management for ANZ AIR & OCEAN (Cold chain, Heavy air freight, FCL/LCL)
- Identity potential shipment delays and liaises with all related external and internal stakeholders
- Preparing customs documents and permits for import clearance process on time
- Maintain and update inbound shipment reports daily
- Monitoring Inbound deliveries date and update in SAP with a timely manner

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience within International Shipping - Imports/Exports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (Essential)
- Previous experience working with freight forwarders and 3PL
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Able to work autonomously
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated with demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes
- Experience using SAP R/3, ERP system with Excel intermediate is highly regarded.
