**The Opportunity**:
We are searching for a Import and Export Coordinator to join our Sydney team.
In this role, you will work alongside our high-performing team to drive performance adhering to KPI's in order to maintain the success of a growing organization.
You will be responsible for Plan and Co-ordinate Goodman Fielder export customer orders.
**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:

- Oversee daily transport operations, including order management, equipment availability, and handling transport issues.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and 3PLs to book slots, resolve issues, and maintain container visibility.
- Manage invoicing for freight forwarders, cartage, and consumables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PLs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize commercial acumen and strategic planning to optimize operations and ensure long-term success.

**About you**:

- Experience working in export industry is essential
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG is highly desirable
- Strong ERP/MRP skills with any experience of using SAP as an advantage
- A high attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly
- A willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
