**Key Responsibilities**:

- Decommission and test telecom equipment from client sites (VoIP systems, switches, routers, PBX)
- Evaluate telecom hardware for refurbishment, resale, or safe recycling
- Support secure data erasure using Blancco/WipeDrive for telecom devices
- Document equipment condition, specs, and value for reporting & ESG compliance
- Collaborate with project managers during asset lifecycle management
- Support removal of network infrastructure during IT relocations and upgrades
- Assist with telecom infrastructure upgrades during commercial solar or IT deployments
- Provide input into circular economy initiatives focused on telecom gear

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar
- Hands-on experience with telecom equipment (can be through uni projects or internships)
- Understanding of network hardware and cabling standards
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, routers, switches, and legacy telecom gear
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security
- Interest in sustainability and responsible tech disposal

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
