**The Role**
As a National Training Administrator, you will be responsible for all RTO administrative functions of the National Training Service, across accredited and non-accredited activities. This includes database entry, certificate issuance, reporting, user account management and all training paperwork activities.

This is a temporary position with an immediate start until 15th December. The pay rate is between $29-33 per hour + Super.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Database entry using VETtrak
- Administration of course occurrences, participant information, resulting and certificate/statement of attainment issuance
- Generating reports through VETtrak
- Administrative changes to policies, procedures and systems
- Administration of Recruitment reporting, TMS monthly reporting
- Adding and terminating subcontracted employees in the TMS
- Taking meeting minutes
- Proficient with MS Office suite and demonstrate strongly developed computer literacy skills (Essential)
- Experience in the security sector (Desired)
- Experience with a student management system - VETtrak (Desired)
- Experience in a training environment (Desired)
- Ability to work both independently with a minimum of supervision, and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills (with clients and members of staff)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
