**What’s the opportunity?**
As the RTO General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall success of Lumify Learn. This is a senior leadership role that requires a combination of business acumen, educational expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology to transform the learning landscape. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and shape the future of our organization in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

**What will you do?**
- Develop, advise, and execute the strategic plan for the Lumify Learn business, ensuring alignment with industry demands and student needs, while fostering a culture of high performance and contribution to drive growth, enhance reputation, and maximize revenue and earnings.
- Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by developing capabilities, processes, systems, and organizational structures that promote predictability and facilitate positive outcomes across all areas of the Lumify Learn business.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and important stakeholders.
- Provide strong and decisive leadership internally to the organization and its employees, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Continuously enhance training capabilities, expand the client base, and drive overall business revenue and profitability.
- Refine and evolve the market proposition to align with changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and empowerment, encouraging creative thinking and enabling employees to excel.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements applicable to the accredited training industry, incorporating best practices, policies, and processes.

**What have you accomplished?**
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the education or education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and compliance requirements associated with the accredited training industry.
- Experience in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Excellent business acumen, with a strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for education and technology, with a deep understanding of the potential for technology to transform the learning experience.
