**The Role**

Their team is growing and are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to manage a mix portfolio of 100 properties - 80% of which are close to the office in South Melbourne and Port Melbourne. The rent rolls are mainly retail, office, and industrial.

They would consider someone who has experience in residential property management and an EA to a commercial office who wants to manage a small portfolio.
- Residential or Assistant Commercial experience
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional presentation
