Melbourne, Australia TEAM Executive Consultants Full time

We are recruiting for Commercial Property Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio from 100 - 160 properties
- Build excellent rapport with both landlords and tenants.
- Oversee rental reviews and contractual increases are implemented.
- Full support provided within Admin and Trust Accounting as well as your own assistant Property Manager.

**Experience;**
- Must have experience as a Commercial Property Manager, preferably 3+ years managing a portfolio.
- Car and Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionally presented

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (required)
