**The Role**

Joining the Commercial Property Management team, will be in charge of a well-managed mixed portfolio of 130 - 140 properties with Industrial, Commercial and Retail. Support and training will be provided to ensure you have the tools necessary for success in this position with the potential for future career development.

Our recent placements with this client have been residentially experienced and ready to step into commercial.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Rent arrears
- Process options and increases
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Conduct final inspections
- Monitor property expenditure and invoicing

**About You**
- Minimum of two years managing your own portfolio and a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- An Agent's Representative Certificate
- Victorian Drivers License and a reliable, well maintained car
- Experience with REST software programs
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Professional Presentation
