**Do work that matters**
Join our Brisbane based team as an **Account Manager**, partnering closely with Directors and Analysts to meet portfolio needs. This exceptional opportunity centres on supporting both new and existing clients, handling stakeholders, and aiding deal execution while also contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
You will gain extensive client support exposure, playing a pivotal role in our Relationship team. Your passion for customer service and dedication to top-notch client satisfaction will set you apart, with ample chances to delve into credit and analytical aspects through our collaborative team approach.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster relationships with support teams for superior client support.
- Identify and consult with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development.
- Support credit submissions (via CCL) for timely decisions and efficient deal execution via the fulfilment of security documentation and loan settlements.
- Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of information on source systems.
- Actively engage in the Service and Sales framework, including meetings, debriefs, and related activities.
**We want to hear from you if you have**:
- A strong focus on customer service and sound exposure to Commercial Banking ideally including complex lending.
- A good internal CBA network with experience using internal systems and sound policy and process knowledge.
- Demonstrate great stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills.
- Have the composure, organisational skills, AND the drive to meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Have initiative and a can-do attitude, along with the ability to quickly develop new skills and a passion for business banking.
