EL1 Program Manager in a newly established Agency to support Australians

**Your new company**

This is your opportunity to work within National Security for the Australian Public Service. You will be working in a team that has a national footprint and provides assistance, services and consultation to industures, communities and individuals in a crisis.

**Your new role**

Within this role you will perform a range of tasks that ensure the success of a key Grants Program within the Department. Duty of the role are inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Manage a team of grants assessors
- Develop assessment guidelines and frameworks for the assessment and management of new and existing grants
- Report on the program status
- Report on the budget and milestone reporting
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Other adhoc tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the APS in a similar position. This role is only open to Australian citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (baseline, NV1 or NV2)
