We are seeking a passionate and organised
**Business Administration Assistant** to join our team at PC Ability in Queensland. This position would suit experienced administration professionals or allied health students looking for part time work while finishing their studies (consistent days and hours required).
Reporting to our National Service Manager, this role will be based out of our Hamilton office in Brisbane. This is ideally a full-time position, however we are open to applicants seeking part time.
**This position involves a variety of administration tasks including**:
- Supporting the general operations of PC Ability including answering phones, ordering supplies, and greeting participants;
- Data entry - ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
- Working with NDIA systems including PRODA;
- Business development and marketing assistance to build referrals in our service areas;
- Any other required administration duties.

**About you**:
You must possess the following key attributes:
- NDIS experience (preferred).
- Administration experience (mandatory).
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Great customer focus and dedication.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
