**YOUR ROLE**
Our client is looking to add another HR Business partner to their growing team based in NSW as they progress to the second stage of their project plan, to build and deliver and manage the biggest logistics automation Distribution Centre in the Southern Hemisphere. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager based in their initial site in Brisbane, this role will see you undertaking the following responsibilities to name a few:
- **Support in the handling of operational and strategic HR activities**:
- **Lead the planning, negotiation and submission of site Enterprise Agreement and ongoing Employee Relations Strategy**:
- **Participation in the establishment, optimization and further development of HR processes and methods**:
- **Coordinate and facilitate recruiting campaigns including collaborating with leaders, HR, marketing and communications team**:
- **Provide expert advice to employees and leaders alike on all aspects of HR**:
- **HR Project activity (both in Australia and globally)**:
- **Maintenance of all HR Information Systems (Kronos, SAP, Success Factors) and liaison with external payroll provider**

Enjoys working on a mix of operational and strategic HR activities including recruitment, payroll, policy development, employee relations, talent & succession planning etc. Some other key criteria for success:
- **A bachelor's degree in HR (or equivalent) is preferred**:
- **Proven experience in a similar role.**:
- **Previous exposure to blue collar workers, unions and enterprise agreement negotiations**:
- **A strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act**:
- **Independent and structured way of working, confidence to build strong working relationships Internationally**:
- **Flexibility to work hours that may involve differing time zones / shift work/ weekends to support the operational requirements as required**:
- **Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally**
