**Responsibilities**:

- Offer technical advice and expertise to staff, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update plans, processes, procedures, and work instructions related to IT support.
- Ensure Service Level Targets are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Contribute to the security and integrity of the company's systems.
- Foster effective relationships with staff and essential stakeholders.
- Maintain a productive work environment and adhere to corporate responsibilities.
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing service tickets and tracking user requests and incidents.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a police clearance.
- Willingness to work after-hours and potentially be on-call.
