Medical Receptionist - Gynecology Clinic (Subiaco) | Immediate Start

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented **Medical Receptionist** to join our Gynecology clinic in Subiaco. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about women's health and patient care.

Position Details:

- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Schedule**:

- **Full-time onsite**: Tuesdays & Fridays
- **Remote (2 hrs/day)**: Other weekdays for phone support and patient bookings
- **Location**: Subiaco, WA
- **Partking**: Free onsite parking

**Responsibilities**:

- Front desk reception and patient coordination
- Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
- Supporting clinical workflow and documentation
- Liaising with patients, providers, and allied health professionals

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with **Clinic to Cloud** software (or similar)
- Prior work in **medical administration or reception**:

- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Compassionate and professional demeanor

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subiaco, WA 6008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
