**Dispatch Manager**
- Full time permanent role with a monthly paid RDO
- Monday to Friday 40hrs p/week + overtime
- Salary package of $110K - $120K (negotiable) + super

**About Us**

Based in Campbellfield, in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this locally based business is a key supplier to the building and construction industry and manufacturer a variety of glass products.

As the Dispatch Manager, you will lead a team of 9, providing leadership, direction, development, and growth to ensure on-time delivery of products. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day activities of inward and outward goods, while developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with safety guidelines.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a fleet of 9 drivers the view increase
- 60% of time in the factory and 40% on administrative tasks
- Ability to develop, document and implement policies and procedures
- Set excellent standards and drive a safe working environment culture
- Strong customer focus and understanding of delivery dates
- Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising unnecessary reworks
- Ensure despatch is compliant with company policies
- Implement & execute directives that support the business strategy

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A demonstrated history in a senior management role within the transport and distribution industry.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Experience and understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Basic Fatigue Management principles
- An innovative mindset, capable of developing continuous improvement strategies
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
