We are currently recruiting for an Apparel Specialist (Manager in Training) to join the team at our Adelaide Nike Factory Store.

This is a great stepping stone for someone looking for a career in retail. Our fast-paced environment will see you effectively providing assistance to the Department Manager, in leading a specific zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service excellence in accordance with Nike standards.

The successful applicant will be at the frontline, overseeing a team to help create a premium consumer experience; you will assist with the implementation of geographical and global programs, processes and initiatives to drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspire: lead, coach and act as a source of inspiration for your zoned team
- Motivate: assist the team to achieve targets by unlocking their potential
- Inform: maintain expert-level product knowledge
- Provide: train and offer feedback to your fellow peers to elevate the team, and most importantly, have fun

You must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous relevant retail experience
- A passion for the NIKE brand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- A natural sense of urgency
- An energetic demeanor.
