**Administrative Assistant**
Full time role (potential for flexibility for family friendly hours)
$30-$32 per hour
Varsity Lakes

We need someone to assist with this busy and varied administration and coordination role, you will be working with the administration, workshop & onsite teams to help in the day to day operations.

**Role responsibilities (training available)**
- Assist with preparation of various documentation
- Help the existing team with organizing orders to building locations
- Liaison with various clients and external parties
- Coordination of building documentation & supplier product
- Ability to learn the process involved for scheduling the team to deliver and install products
- Proactive assistance & collaboration with the team in the workshop and onsite
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Background in the building industry, supply of building products or scheduling - highly regarded
