Temporary, Part-Time, Finance Officer role at an organisation improving the health of rural South Australians

**Your new company**
This Not-for-Profit organisation aims to improve health outcomes for South Australian’s living in rural and regional communities. Lead by their core values, this organisation empowers communities by providing and improving access to a range of health services.

**Your new role**
As the Finance Officer, you will process the NDIS and Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring the database is accurately maintained. You will also:

- Process Bank reconciliation via the General Ledger accounting system.
- Reconcile and process all petty cash usage (debit cards), and monthly corporate card usage for all offices.
- Act as primary point of contact to supplier payment queries, ensuring supplier information is up-to-date.
- Ensure all debtor invoices are paid on time.
- Maintain and Coordinate Motor vehicle fleet and Office facilities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have:

- Experience in processing supplier payments and associated finance duties
- Ability to time manage, prioritise workloads, multitask, and work as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail and data entry skills. With the ability to identify and resolve errors.
