Permanent full time Finance Officer role for a leading South Australian employment provider in Adelaide CBD

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist in all aspects of finance administration, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions. You will also:

- Create and maintain employee files in a confidential manner using Fasttrack and MicroPay.
- Daily and monthly banking and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring all enquiries regarding payroll are responded to in a timely manner that is easily understood.
- Assist in fortnightly processing of accounts payable, matching orders, coding invoices and data entry.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Finance Officer with strong attention to detail and data entry skills. To be successful in this role you will have experience in finance administration and payroll (or willing to learn). You will also have:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. With the ability to work effectively within a team environment, built rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Ability to accurately produce professional business correspondence, free of grammatical errors.
- Ability to obtain National Police Clearance, Working with Children’s Clearance, and Current SA driver’s license.
- Computer literacy with experience using MS Office Word and Excel.
