Temporary, part-time Finance Officer role for a South Australian Not-for-Profit.

**Your new company**
Established in 1847, you will be joining a Not-for-Profit organisation with religious affiliation. Committed to their values of community, advocacy, service, and social justice, this organisation is closely involved with the local community on matters such as domestic & family violence, indigenous welfare & reconciliation, and women’s rights.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will prepare and process all accounts receivable and payable. You will also:

- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Respond to and resolve supplier and customer queries.
- Prepare and post general ledger accounts.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- Reconciliation of key general ledger accounts.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbally. You will also have:

- Previous working experience in processing and management of accounts payable / receivable, and reconciliation.
- Computer, financial system literacy with working experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, built rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
