**About Us**:CoVE Upper Mount Gravatt is a student-friendly co-living community located in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. This property is owned and operated by Aspen Group Limited. Aspen Group is ASX-listed and a leading provider of quality and affordable accommodation in the lifestyle, holiday and residential sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with tenant enquiries or complaints in a professional manner, able to follow up with resolutions, and further feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance, and other activities.
- Manage property documentation, including leases, inspection reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with the onboarding of new tenants and the offboarding of departing tenants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or property management role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software; experience with RMS software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
