- A person with hands-on experience in a similar role, knowledge of WH&S best practices, and strong knowledge of General Maintenance and Swimming Pool Maintenance.
- Support our housekeeping team as required.

The role:

- Creating, implementing, and maintaining, resilient maintenance schedules for multiple areas of the student accommodation. This includes, but isn’t limited to, Gardening & Landscaping and Pool Maintenance.
- Addressing students queries and complaints in a professional manner, following up resolutions, performance management requirements and further feedback.
- Sharing afterhours duties and emergency on-call responsibilities.
- Assisting with improvement works around the accommodations and working closely with management to create and execute future capital expenditure projects.
- Build and maintain strong contractor and supplier relationships, negotiating the best terms for the resort.
- This role requires good physical capability, lifting objects over 10kg’s at times, and some work to be completed outdoors across a three-acre site, in all weathers.
- Other such duties applicable to, and within the purview of, the Property and Maintenance Manager.
