Position: Property Assistant

Location: Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Perform cleaning duties to uphold the high standard of the accommodation facility.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to address urgent matters promptly.
- Provide support to the Property Manager in executing CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car for transportation to and from the property.
- Maintain a friendly attitude and a strong customer service mentality when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including after-hours calls.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
