**About You**
- At least 3 months experience as a rental assistant
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Ability to obtain or already possess an ABN
- Driver's License and own transport
- Highly attentive to details, efficient, a team player and willing to learn
- Preferabbly able to do routine inspections and write reports

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting Manager and Team Members with daily administrative tasks including drafting rental property listings, drafting Form 6 and managing rental and sales contract dates
- Printing, Scanning and Photocopying documents
- Filing
- Rental Key Managements
- Routine property inspections & reporting to property owners
- Entry & exit property conditon reports
- Administration tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
