**Do Work That Matters**

You will work closely with the Relationship Executives and Analysts to support the banking needs of a portfolio of customers. You will have a high level of exposure to client support and will play a key role within the team in helping our customers with their day to day banking needs. Your passion for customer service and focus on being number one in client satisfaction will see you stand out in this role, and you will also gain great insight to the credit elements and the opportunity to work on highly complex transactions.

More specifically your role will involve:

- Providing support for the day to day banking needs of our highly valued customers, including transactional banking requests, account openings, processing bank guarantee requests, credit card requests and being a client point of contact for general banking queries;
- On-board new customers including AML and KYC verifications
- Coordinating deal execution and documentation for funding aspects of the deals you work on;
- Drawing on your relationship management ability in working with Risk, Global Markets, Transaction Banking and Asset Finance Teams.
- Identify and liaise with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development and play a key role in ensuring accuracy of information on source systems.
- Adherence to all relevant procedures and policies to ensure ongoing maintenance of good portfolio hygiene.
- Involvement in service and sales framework including meetings, debriefs and other associated activities.

**What We Are Looking For**

We're looking for an individual with outstanding customer and commercial acumen, ideally with prior experience in complex lending structures or the property industry. You'll have excellent attention to detail and exposure to commercial lending, or a strong desire to develop in this area. A relevant tertiary degree is advantageous, but not essential.
