**About the role**

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for supporting the work of the Talent Acquisition team. The role encompasses daily administrative operations, data entry into required information systems, compliance management & recruitment advertising and new starter records management.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Previous experience and or working towards studies in human resources/recruitment
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
