IPA are working in partnership with a Disability Service Organisation that connects people with disability to opportunities which enable them to achieve their personal and career goals.

This is a growing organisation with over 200 staff working across a range of hubs in Melbourne’s West. They have a huge range of service choices that cover life skills development, social and community participation, employment pathways and general disability support - all of which help people to kick goals and live their best life.

We are recruiting for 2 senior positions in the business solutions sector: a Warehouse Coordinator and a Production Supervisor (Garden). These roles are designed to improve day-to-day functions, with a socially impactful twist of mentoring staff who identify with disability

Warehouse Coordinator Duties:

- Overseeing shipping and inventory lifecycle
- Organise and delegate tasks
- Review warehouse structure and design, implement recommendations
- Training - experience in diversity and inclusion highly regarded
- Stakeholder engagement, between all staff and transport providers

Production Supervisor (Garden) Duties:

- Establish and manage daily operations systems
- Oversee and train gardening staff
- Implement previous landscaping/horticulture knowledge to enhance client service delivery
- Maintenance + job scheduling
- Person centred team working approach, ability to foster good culture and OHS
