**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of horticulture technicians in parks and gardens maintenance tasks.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Implement innovative techniques and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in horticulture or landscaping, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of horticultural practices, plant identification, and pest management.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
