**Your new company**
An Australian owned company based in Coburg North requires a Level 1-2 Service Desk Technician for a permanent position commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and career development opportunities.
**Your new role**
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing L1-2 support to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- The first point of contact for ICT issues across the business
- Providing support for both IT and ERP systems
- Providing hands-on and remote technical support for over 80 staff members
- Contributing to project work to deploy unique solutions across the company
**What you'll need to succeed**

- Demonstrated experience providing end user support and troubleshooting
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Windows Server (2008-2019), Azure, Exchange online and 365 management
- General knowledge of technical infrastructure, firewalls, switches, laptops, desktops, level 1 network support, VOIP support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Qualifications or degree in IT
